Our VIP program is automatic and all you need to join is 2 continuous years with a medianet subscription plan.

How to claim rewards

 

Rewards are claimed by submitting a form to select your chosen perk.
More information is included in your VIP welcome email and in our quarterly reminders.

FAQ

All of our clients are automatically enrolled into the VIP program after 2 continuous years with a Medianet subscription plan. This includes; Starter, Pro, Enterprise and Insights+.

We will send out invitations on a quarterly basis to the admins on your account once you have met the criteria for the program, so keep an eye on your inbox!

Directions to claim rewards will be included in your VIP welcome email. We will also send you quarterly reminders if you haven't claimed a reward to make sure you don't miss out.

Yes, rewards will be available to claim for 1 year after being announced to you. Rewards do not roll-over so make sure to claim it whilst it is still available.

At this stage you will only be able to choose one of the rewards available to you. However, additional rewards or exclusive offers may be made available to you throughout the year which can be claimed in addition to your chosen reward unless otherwise stated.

As long as you have held a plan for 2 continuous years you will still be eligible for the VIP program. 

VIP rewards will be based on the plan that you currently hold when the rewards are being issued.

Rewards will be dependent on the subscription plan that you currently hold when the rewards are being issued. More information on the rewards available to you will be included in email communications for the program.
